FilterFluentAffiliate disclosure
FilterFluent is reader-supported. We are currently in the process of applying to manufacturer affiliate programs, including programs run by Aquasana, SpringWell, and iSpring.
What that means right now
While our applications are pending, product links on this site go directly to the manufacturers. We earn nothing from clicks or purchases made through those links today.
What it will mean once approved
When a program approves us, the product links for that brand become affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. You pay exactly what you would pay buying directly.
Here is what that does and does not mean:
- It does not change our rankings. We compare systems on filtration stages, certifications, flow rate, filter life, and price. We have no incentive to steer you toward any brand.
- It does not cost you extra. Affiliate purchases go through the manufacturer's standard checkout at standard prices.
- It is how the site stays free. No paywalls, no sponsored placements sold to manufacturers.
This disclosure follows the FTC's endorsement guidelines: every page with product links carries a short notice near the top. If you ever have questions about a recommendation, contact us. We would rather explain our reasoning than lose your trust.
